Waste of Time

I was bored so I created this time lapse video of time. I wasted 60 minutes so you could waste 60 seconds watching it fly by.

I'll have to try this with something more interesting sometime soon.

Nailed

This photo was created using a process called Focus Stacking. When taking a photo of an object up close it becomes difficult to capture the details of the whole object in focus. As one part comes in focus you will lose another. To remedy this you can take several photos focusing on different parts of the subject. The using a software program you can combine the imaging into one image. The image above was created from the 5 below. I also edited the colors and sharpness. Not perfect but pretty good.

A Learning Session

This is definitely a learning experience for me. Shooting with a Marco lens, shooting with a white background, and shooting with the light I had available made this very challenging. Just getting a uniform background was tough.
